Motorcyclist, one of the largest and most trusted motorcycle magazines in the U.S.A, chose LIFAN KPmini as one of its Top 10 Products from American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo). Out of hundreds of amazing new products displayed at the 2016 edition of the AIMExpo, the KPmini was the only motorcycle that made the list.
The Motorcyclist staff saw hundreds of different products aimed at American motorcycle and powersports market, many of which from for next year. Let’s hear how LIFAN KPmini caught their eye.
“Yes! Another mini. We love small bikes and were excited to learn that Lifan’s KPmini150 will be arriving in the States in March. The specs: It’ll have a 149cc (carbureted) single-cylinder engine, disc brakes front and rear, an inverted fork, and costs just $2,099. That’s almost a grand less than Honda’s Grom and Kawasaki’s Z125, which makes the Lifan a really affordable and presumably really fun way to get into motorcycling.”
American Lifan's CEO, Tony Sun, said "AIMExpo was a huge success for us and our 2017 lineup appears to be a huge hit with both consumers and dealers alike. We are currently working at a feverish pace to make certain that our infrastructure is ready to handle the demands of the American powersports dealer. We know this market is unlike any other in the world and we want this market to know we are not just another China manufacturer. We are Lifan".
